For orders from South Africa and Chile, we request customer's ID number for filling shipping and customs declaration. We will ask via email when a customer places an order for the first time, and we will start to process the order if when we receive the ID.
For declaration required parcel that holding in local customs, We will assist you with your customs declaration, and customers should be actively dealing with it. If you fail to declare in time or reject to pay tariff and cause the package is returned by your local customs, we will not issue a refund.
For failed delivery order in last-mile-delivery, we or your local postal office will contact you for pickup. If you fail to pick up in time and cause the package is returned by your local postal service, we will not issue a refund.

These are fantastic, great quality boots! Exactly as pictured and what I was looking for in style/finish with a chunky heel and side zipper. If there are any small flaws in the pictures it's from me, they came brand new. The coffee color is beautiful, not too warm but very rich. They smell just slightly of leather up close (no weird glue/chemical odor). Nice thick soles too they seem like they'll last for a long time. There is durable-feeling non-removable padding inside, but I could see adding an insert if/once it wears out - there is definitely room.
I am a US 8 but prefer sizing up to 8.5 so I have more room for thick socks. Their size 40 says it equates to US 8/EU 39/UK 5.5, but researching online says EU 39 is actually a US 8.5 and UK 5.5 is a US 7.5. Weird inconsistencies. I went with 40 anyway and it definitely runs at LEAST a half size larger in US size, so about a US 8.5/9. I'm not mad though because with thick socks and tightening the laces enough it's the perfect size with a bit of wiggle room, but not too big looking on me.
It took just over a week to get to me, which is much faster than I expected as it shipped for free from China (I live in soCal). The package was in decent shape too and no damage to the boots, which were individually wrapped in soft cloth drawstring bags that will be great for storing.
I wish I had a real, deep-dive review like this to read before buying so I hope this is helpful, but I'm so glad I took the chance. Keep in mind they run large but otherwise, get them!
